Traveling I-95 North: Take exit 295 North to Phenix Ave./37 West/Exit 3B. Follow Rt 37 West, for a short distance, take a right at the light. Stay on this road for about three miles. You will pass the Cranston Ice Rink, Keating Construction and Cranston West High School. When you see the Hess gas station on the left, continue straight through the traffic light. See sign for 245 Phenix Plaza on the left. Turn left on Whiting St. Turn right into CareNet parking lot in back of building. We are located on the second floor.

Traveling I-95 South: Take 95 south to exit 14. Follow Rt 37 West, for a short distance, take a right at the light. Stay on this road for about three miles. You will pass the Cranston Ice Rink, Keating Construction and Cranston West High School. When you see the Hess gas station on the left, continue straight through the traffic light. We are two buildings down on the left. See sign for 245 Phenix Plaza on the left. Turn left on Whiting St. Turn right into CareNet parking lot in back of building. We are located on the second floor.

From Providence: Take the Reservoir Avenue exit off of Rt 10. Turn onto Park Ave/Rt 12. Continue to follow Rt 12 for almost 2 miles. Look for the intersection of Park Ave. and Atwood Ave. at Stop & Shop. Continue straight through the intersection. CareNet will be on the right at 245 Phenix Plaza. Turn right on Whiting St. Turn right into CareNet parking lot in back of building. We are located on the second floor.
